First Issue??! You guys are new to blogging?! You need to do some SERIOUS foot advertising, sir........such as FOLLOWING other blogs in Blogger, FB'ing, Stumble'ing, Twitter'ing etc - every possible social network. That's how we do it around here in the blogsphere!!!! Plus good content!!!
You have lots to learn. I am grateful for the offer to write for your magazine, albeit admittedly i am somewhat swamped, as i am writing for another blog Geezam - The blog about Jamaica's Exclamation surprise with Technology!!!!

Also, you need to snazz up the blogger page a bit. Soem graphics, a lie button for Twitter, FB, Stumble upon, etc. A better template could also do wonders.
Your blog looks more like that of an Engineer than a CEO.
Rather uninspiring. I do Advertising by the way!!! Applying for that Job as well, if it is available.
